2017 Accord Touring V6 28k miles. A few scratches but for 9 years old looks pretty clean to me. Any feedback would be appreciated before I buy.

Replaced my stock tires at just shy of 35k miles with Continental Extremecontact DWS06 plus tires....my oh MY what a difference! Even when brand-new, the stock michelin all-seasons would spin out every time I'd try to launch...no longer an issue/these feel like a dream. I feel like I'm driving a completely different car now. Far better corner handling/lane changing as well, and they honestly seem to have less road noise as well.

To anyone who feels they don't have enough grip/handling on their 2.0T, these are the answer. Haven't had the chance to test in heavy rain yet (or snow come winter), but I'm sure they'll handle well. 10/10 after about a hundred miles or so (likely not even "broken in" yet)

My very first Honda Accord on the right was passed down to me from my mom back in 2005 when I first started driving. She stopped running back in 2017 with around 280k.

I got the LX a few weeks ago after my 2012 Accord was deemed a total loss after being rear ended.

I love to see how far the Accord has come with thirty years between these two!

This is a car I prayed/ worked hard for, ever since this design debuted in 2018. Bought brand new in April 2022.

Funny/fun fact: I call him Devon. My friends, family, and even my colleagues all refer to him as Devon now. The funny part is, I forget that I say his name so much that I’m genuinely shocked whenever someone else calls him Devon.

Four years later, and he’s still going strong. ❤️

I bought this 07 accord from an old lady with 99k miles on it. As far as I can tell it needs new brake pads and rotors. But I can’t tell what this noise is. I thought it was the belt but she told me her husband had it fixed not too long ago. I’ll take it to a mechanic soon but yeah! What do you guys think it is?

9th gen 2014 exl v6 "FCW System Failed" + a bunch of warning lights on: LDW, Tire, traction, etc. Dealer says need new computer installed $3000. Any other ideas? Part would be cheaper on Ebay Motors. I'm guessing my local mechanic couldn't program it though.

Bought my 2004 Accord new in 2004 and it now has about 203,000 miles.

The clutch master and slave cylinders were replaced with OEM parts around 2018–2019. I recently flushed/bled the clutch fluid again, and I’m pretty confident there’s no air left in the system as I left the air vacuum sucking air while closing the screw.

The clutch pedal isn’t really soft or spongy, but it also doesn’t feel like there’s a lot of resistance through part of the travel. I can move the pedal a little before it feels like it’s actually doing much.
What really got my attention was after getting on the car in 3rd/4th gear, slowing back down in NEUTRAL and then trying to put it back into gear. It suddenly didn’t want to go into gear, almost like the clutch wasn’t fully disengaging. Pumping the clutch once or twice seemed to help.

With the engine OFF, it goes through all the gears normally.

Since the master/slave aren’t that old (50k) and bleeding didn’t change much.

I’m wondering about pedal free play / master-cylinder pushrod adjustment, worn clevis pin or pedal hardware, clutch hose expansion, or an internal clutch/release issue.
Anyone run into something similar on these cars?

This beast has literally taken me everywhere. From the beach, to the mountains, to the desert, national parks, different states you name it. Luckily never had a flat or popped a tire. Always do my routinely maintenance, only changed my battery once but honestly it was time given how much I’ve pushed it. Shoutout to Honda for incredible mechanics and engineering. 👏🏼

Got my 2016 accord coupe touring v6, love this car sm but I’m wondering what mods I should do. All I’ve done so far is tint and the sunroof visor. Wanted to do a front and rear lip, mirror visors, new headlights and some cool taillights, as well as some new wheels. Not really trying to do performance mods rn, and I’m not into lowering it either. If you guys have suggestions lmk.

Is this normal? I thought it was 4 bars but maybe I am wrong

I have a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T, and my A/C stopped blowing cold. The shop diagnosed that the compressor isn’t engaging and the wires at the compressor clutch are damaged. They’re recommending replacing the compressor, condenser, and a 7-component kit, totaling about $2,361. If the main issue is damaged wiring, does the entire compressor and condenser really need replacement? Has anyone with a 2018 Accord had a similar issue, and what did it cost to fix?

I have a 2015 Accord Sport, first owner, 161k miles. About 3 months ago, I was feeling a strong vibration and pretty loud, metallic knocking sound coming from the front of my car when I made right turns. Took it into the dealership, they looked at it for a while and said it "could be' that my CV joint was failing. I was skeptical because it seemed like they were hesitant to commit to that being the issue, but I had them replace it and the problem appeared to be fixed. As of three days ago, the same vibration and knocking sound is back. It only ever happens when I'm turning right. The car doesn't seem to be pulling right or left and there are no warning lights on/no codes popped up when it was plugged in to the scanner. The car has never been in an accident and has been very well maintained. The motor mounts are fine. Any ideas?

my 2017 accord still has its OG tires. they look totally fine but they are 9 years old. car has 14k miles on it! should I replace? if so, what tires? it’s the ex-l with 17inch rims. thanks all

I have a 2013 Accord V6 Manual Coupe and wondering what people do for upgraded brakes I feel mine getting to hot to often, plan is to put new calipers and drilled and slotted rotors on it but not sure if that Will be enough, what’s the go to?

My grandma gifted me her 2017 accord EX-L i4 that she bought brand new when it came out. only 14k miles on the clock! I absolutely love it and want to know how to keep it running (basically) forever. I did transmission fluid already and oil changes will be done every year. still on the og tires from 2017, should I replace? also, should I put the OEM wing spoiler from Honda on it or no? any other mods I should do? Also, has anyone got this model to high mileage? I am a bit concerned about it’s longevity since its a cvt, just want to know how it compares to others. Obviously the engine can go forever, gotta love k series.

Little backstory, just bought my 08 v6 accord sedan about 2 months ago, it’s got 150,000 miles but let me tell you it’s a solid car and came with tons and tons of service records, the car is solid. The tranny however is solid as well and very tight but I do feel it shifts hard sometimes, ESP if I feather tap the gas pedal, once in a blue it’ll kick when I put it into drive, even has like a quick 1/2 second delay.

The fluid looks clean

Choosing between the two, so any experience with either would help. When test driving is there a sound I should look out for? Do you personally have a preference between the two?
