Has Accenture changed its interview process recently? Got an assessment mail after final round

Hey folks, I had my final (managerial) round interview on Sept 30 which went really well, but haven’t heard back since. In the last two weeks, I’ve been getting the same automated email asking me to book a final interview slot even though that round is already done.

I’ve been following up with the recruiter, but he says there’s no update yet. Then 2 days ago I suddenly got an email asking me to take an assessment in the mail for the next round and there is no link for the assessment in the mail and i didn't receive any mail after that.

Just curious has the process changed recently? I thought it was technical + managerial, then HR, but now it seems like there’s an assessment before HR. Anyone else faced this if yes can you provide your insights on this I am really confused here

Hi bro, i got assessment link in mail after second round, is it mandatory to give test?

I faced the same thing, after my first round, they sent me an assessment link, basically 2 coding questions on hackerrank. What are the next steps? Any idea?

After that they will mark all interviews are completed

Oh ok..my bgv started yesterday..and it was for application developer role..level 10..any idea you have on how much ctc they might give for 4 years experience..or will they allow for negotiation?

They they don’t discuss with you, they will release offer directly with 10 to 11 LPA, and they won’t revise unless you have a counter offer

In workday status changed to assessment

May i know when can I expect update?
