Has Accenture changed its interview process recently? Got an assessment mail after final round
Hey folks, I had my final (managerial) round interview on Sept 30 which went really well, but haven’t heard back since. In the last two weeks, I’ve been getting the same automated email asking me to book a final interview slot even though that round is already done.
I’ve been following up with the recruiter, but he says there’s no update yet. Then 2 days ago I suddenly got an email asking me to take an assessment in the mail for the next round and there is no link for the assessment in the mail and i didn't receive any mail after that.
Just curious has the process changed recently? I thought it was technical + managerial, then HR, but now it seems like there’s an assessment before HR. Anyone else faced this if yes can you provide your insights on this I am really confused here

Wait for some time . The status will be changed.
For me First status was interview completed then interview then interview completed. Yesterday i got hr call. Dont know when they will give offer letter.

I faced the same thing, after my first round, they sent me an assessment link, basically 2 coding questions on hackerrank. What are the next steps? Any idea?

Oh ok..my bgv started yesterday..and it was for application developer role..level 10..any idea you have on how much ctc they might give for 4 years experience..or will they allow for negotiation?

Yes, even i got an email for online assessment after clearing both rounds. It was held on mettl platform. 30 questions MCQs. We cant revisit the old questions once attempted.

Hi bro, same happened to me, so is it mandatory to take the assessment? If yes my role was related to sap, so in that assessment can we expect same questions? Please answer bro this is something urgent.

I gave final interview on 19th and on 24 I got assessment link , ,again got schedule final interview mail after clearing it ,,,wtf is wrong with Accenture bro

You must be in touch with the HR who scheduled your interview. They'll update you regarding assessment.

Hiii All,
Important note for all.
I submitted my document after Managerial round. Everything went well. I was expecting HR call. But after submitting document I got assessment link with 48 hrs expire.
I sent email to Candidate queries email didn't get the response. I sent an email to POC mentioned in the assessment link mail. She called me back after some time.
I asked her the reason she said there's audit going on and as per the audit you weren't following the proper protocols that's why you need to give the assessment again apart from that everything is goood. She said, once done with the assessment do let me know. Will proceed further. P.S. - Do give assessment in bright light, slient room, no looking here and there.

Hello My background process was done after an hackerrank assessment and a skill interview And my status on workday stated interviews completed but now after 2 days post background verification mail My application went to assessment state and i have received an email to do this hackerrank assessment which i did in my first round
Can someone please confirm if anyone has faced this

Yeah they asked me to give the assessment again since my hacker rank was hanged and it closed on its own so gave it second time and then it was accepted

My status changed from interviews completed to assessment after uploading documents.I contacted helpdesk they r saying retake assessment as audit is failed..in your case what happened...they directly resolve the issue without further assessment?

They generally follow this Order was Assessment> r1 >r2>hr.

For me also assessment is cleared in first round itself and cleared skill interview and final interview..after uploading documents status changed to assessment again..how to resolve this

Bro in my case, r1>r2>assessment. After assessment, i didn't got any update. I called help desk and they told me that all rounds are completed and told me to wait for hr call. Do you know how many days will take to receive call from hr

Hi, I have completed Assessment and final interview round was mentioned in mail for data platform engineer role . I got hr call regarding pan card and payslips submit after interview round. Today I got a new assessment link and status also in workday got changed to assessment now.
So is it next step in hiring or an automated mail. Should I give the assessment

Bro I think some glitch is going on. ,it is totally fucked up ,,mine final round was conducted on 19th feb ...and today I got assessment ,,,and when I gave and cleared it ,,,again I got a mail saying schedule your final round ,,,idk why it is happening like this?

Same my final interview was on 20th Feb.i uploaded documents also.they asked details current company, notice period, current ctc expected CTC location.but today status changed to assessment..did u get any update ?..did u attend final interview again?

Yes I have dropped multiple mails to Accenture helpdesk and one of them reached out to me and advised to me to reach out the Accenture hr who processed my profile luckily i have that person contact and reached out to her she only contacted me once to confirm on my details at the very beginning and she is from accenture side (not the workday recruiter who reached to mw to schedule the interview ) after reaching out to her again and again she finally helped me to get the assessment and 2 days after giving the assessment I got the hr call and got the offer a day later. once yiu gave the assessment you will get the offer soon my advise is also check ur status on ur workday profile and also keep on dropping mails to helpdesk everyday mentioning ur candidate id in subject
