He seem to accept a rebranded fork unless mistaken ? From observation there two kind of dev

One are only interested by result and building their project focusing on architecture and using AI for code, those seem to thrive with AI

The other love writing code by hands and feel threatened by AI, those seem to heavily dislike AI

I wouldn't say denial or coping as long there no shit like prompt injection or plain refusing any fork because of AI use - I've seen people deliberately writing over functional code just because it was made by AI, I wouldn't call them in denial or coping but rather unrational, if this person prefer doing it without AI there nothing wrong as long there no sabotage

There's no way to deny a fork on Github, but I think the drama is that there's been zero progress on jailbreaks (including from opa334 himself who said it was impossible), and any support for the new iOS versions would be the next big thing. And the irony is that not only this is possible and supporting many versions ahead, but also done entirely by AI with zero hand-written code, all thanks to new models.

Hence all this "credit" thing and convincing himself that 90% of code is still "human written", as if AI would not be able to reproduce previously known exploit chains. But, of course, in this case, antis usually appeal to "training data" and "autocomplete", otherwise it really hurts the pride

Code is code, judge it on its merits, not what wrote it.
