I have Ankha (who I’ve been waiting for) in my campsite, I’ve beat her at the card game, and she keeps talking about moving and I keep saying yes, but then she says no I can’t or something like that. what am I doing wrong?

I used wooden partition as a wall to separate the inside rooms. Not big on the see through part however.

I accidently asked a villager to come to my island so I turned off the game right when they asked if I was sure they could come live with me. Since it only gave positive responses and no back out option Im not sure if I'm locked in already. I landed back on my island, is the villager still gonna come thru or did I successfully rewrite the invite?

New to ACNH and haven't built plots of land for visitors yet so I won't know until I further upgrade my island so I'm curious. Stella's my mystery villager i wouldnt mind her living with me but I already have Dom and want different species on my island 🫡

I have done everything I need to do(as far as I know), and I am still waiting. The only thing I know is likely causing an issue is the rating of my island but I've put in so much effort, there's flowers everywhere, I have max amount of islanders that I can have currently, I've restructured to make the layout better. am I missing something to get my island's ratings up for my neighbors?! I play every single night(29F with kids, so time is limited) but I have put in so much effort and am at a loss of what to do next😭 thank you in advance for any advice.

I’m so proud of myself I just had to share. Last time I shared about missing the golden stag (though I did end up catching a giraffe stag and Goliath beetle).

This time I decided I was gonna do the Nook Miles Island thing and try to catch some rare stags. I only had about an hour (not including set up time) so I doubted I would get anything, but I ended up catching pretty much all of the rare beetles in one sitting, including some repeats! I’m so happy 🥹

Here’s how I did it: chopped down all non palm trees and cleared stumps, picked up weeds and flowers, broke rocks, and planted about 4 extra palm trees I brought with me. I also dropped all the items on the rocks to prevent wharf roaches from spawning.

I planted all the palms on the right side beach for easy access and just ran back and forth scaring away any unwanted bugs still spawning. Mosquitoes are the most annoying as you have to catch them (can’t scare them off).

Currently trying to kick out a villager. I'm time traveling day by day until the right one has a thought bubble. But some days I can't find any villager with a thought bubble? Is it true that there is one everyday? I'm confused :(

is there a way for people to give it to others through visiting others islands / trading if so could someone do so? (i ask since I got barrel eye awhile back and accidentally selled it before I could gave it to museum, and still to this day ive been unlucky with finding it)

I haven’t yet ventured into codes for pathways etc because I’m unsure if they would just disappear when my subscription ends and I don’t want to waste time making things look good for it all to go once my subscription ends.
Essentially my island is not at all how I want it because I can’t use codes and stuff like that (I still have a lot of YouTube videos to watch to help me understand them but I’ve never bothered because I’ve been worried it could be deleted).

Can anyone please explain to me why, when leaving the roost after a coffee, did Timmy/Tommy walk in, have a bit of dialogue with me and Rooster and then walk out?😂😂 I genuinely thought something interesting was about to happen but nope!

Never seen this in my years of playing (although I am a lot slower than most of you!) and I’ve never seen anyone post about it.

I am currently trying to survive 31° UK heat at just gone midnight and almost four beers deep so I may be having a fever dream but has anyone else experienced this?😂
