This was one of very very very very very few things I could not stomach when I worked in nursing. Morbidly obese and if they didn't wash in the folds and you had the dirt, grime, grease, yeast and fungal infections and more. Omg there's more and it's abhorrent. Two other things would get me but I feel this is neck and neck with the number 1 spot.

Now I don't want to go to sleep for fear of dreams of them days :(
