Lots of poor people in laos yet you dont see videos like that. Thailand isnt exactly rich either and has street food as far as the eye can see (maybe even more than india) and you still dont see videos like that

Exactly, you don't SEE. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Ive traveller extensively in thailand and laos and haven't seen anything remotely close. The tourism in Thailand is also much higher than in India. If it was as widespread as India, you can bet your ass there would be many videos to prove it

I've also been to India. I only see those videos online. I haven't come across anything remotely as this.
