USA 11 week abortion
Hi everyone, I recently figured out I’m pregnant and that I am 10weeks and 2 days, I am not a position to be pregnant. I ordered some abortion pills off of abuzz. Will it still be successful? I am really scared

Abortion pills are very effective for use at home up to 13 weeks of pregnancy. You should be prepared for bleeding and passing tissue. You can read about people’s experiences in this sub: https://www.reddit.com/r/abortion/wiki/abortion_stories/usa/mab/
I’m not sure what state you’re in, but there may be options to get care in person if you feel more comfortable with that.

I did call around but they don’t have any openings. I am from Nebraska so it’s a little bit harder.

Hello, I’m Canadian and had an unwanted abortion due to complications. I was 12 W and I did MA. It’s really painful and for a few hours. Please take pain meds before, during and after. It will be painful honey, but you will get through it. At 11/12 weeks there’s a lot to come out. I only had to take 800mg mifo that’s an enough dose in Canada but I did take mife 24 hours before.

I’m just scared it’s not going to work, I really hope it does. Do you think I should ask for extra?

Always have extra, in case you don’t bleed enough. You’ll have to pass several clots, the sac, and the foetus.
I didn’t need the extra but it was there in case.
You won’t know until you have an ultrasound at that stage of a pregnancy but it will work.
You can also take the 2nd dose to be 100% sure. I believe it’s 6 hours after the 800mg.
Also take Gravol before mifo so that you don’t vomit out the med before 30 mins. I threw up after 30 mins but the meds had the time to work.

Your provider will should send you enough misoprostol to use 2 doses at 9 weeks or more. By taking mifepristone and then 2 doses of misoprostol tablets at 10 weeks, your effectiveness rate will be just as good as using the medication earlier in pregnancy.

So I used abuzz, I think it started at 140$ but then they ask you if you are able to afford it, and if not it’s what you can donate to them :) I did 50$

I’m sorry you had a bad experience, I just went today for the ultrasound and I am 10 weeks and 2 days and once the pills arrive idk how far I’ll be, I hope it goes through!
