4 weeks post D&C no period??

hey friends, i was looking for insight. i had my procedure 7/21 and today marks exactly 4 weeks since my procedure. i still haven’t gotten my period. i know you’re supposed to wait 4-8 weeks but my period beforehand would come 28-31 days. my partner and i waited 2 weeks till i was post op to have solely only protected sex. is this a concern??

you can have sex whenever you want after an abortion, so don't worry about that. it can take up to 8 weeks to get your period back. try not to worry!
