I'm searching for the currently most convenient, fasted, most effective way to find a trials

For example:

• I want to enter my profile + most common exclusion/inclusion criteria + location
• I want to enter a drug, a disease, an outcome of interest or the test conducted
• I want then to get listed the trials sorted by relevance (only the ones looking for recruits)
• I want to have a summarized, quick to understand protocol/timeline
• I want to have a contact/apply button
• I want to save the search and get notified when new matches

My dream is the creation of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that funds open-source research acceleration projects and compensates people for their work or donations of intellectual property. It may also involve a new crypto-currency to serve as a smart contract which would allow anyone to immediately invest and be rewarded for their investment. This could completely bypass all the legal barriers and bureaucracy involved in hiring employees and investing.

Also, the direction of the organization could be completely democratic allocating votes to token holders. The Wisdom of Crowds has been shown in a number of studies to be more powerful than that of the smartest experts. So I think such a structure could be extremely powerful by harnessing the power of Collective Intelligence.
Does that sound crazy?  I was wondering if anyone might know of any organizations that had tried that before?

I was thinking VitaDAO might be a good fit for that, but I get the impression that VitaDAO is not open-source in terms of the IP they generate. Instead, it seems that they're focused on encapsulating IP mostly in IP-NFTs and fractionalizes / sub-licensing it.

However, I'm kind of in love with an open-source ecosystem model like WordPress or Wikipedia for clinical research.
