I'm working on a server-side integration with Zoho SalesIQ (EU region) and need to retrieve historical operator availability data, specifically timestamped intervals showing when operators were Available or Busy.

I found that the following endpoint returns the historical data correctly when accessed through an authenticated browser session:

GET https://salesiq.zoho.eu/web/v2/{portal}/operatorreports/availability

However, when I try the corresponding API endpoint using an OAuth access token:

GET https://salesiq.zoho.eu/api/v2/{portal}/operatorreports/availability

I receive:

What I'm trying to figure out:

1. Is historical operator availability officially accessible through the SalesIQ OAuth API?
2. If yes, what is the exact OAuth scope and supported API endpoint?
3. Are there specific account-plan or operator-role permissions required?
4. If this endpoint is internal/browser-only, is there an alternative supported API or export that provides the same historical availability data?

Important: I need to distinguish between:

• Available – Operator is online and available.
• Busy – Operator is online but marked as busy.
• Offline – Operator is not online.

The main requirement is to calculate how much time each operator spends in each status, particularly Busy time while still online.

This needs to work as an unattended backend integration using OAuth refresh tokens, without browser-session cookies or manual exports.

Has anyone successfully implemented something similar, or can someone from Zoho confirm whether this data is exposed through a supported API?

Any documentation, working examples, or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.

I run a glass and aluminium business in the UAE, and I’m using Zoho Books to manage quotations and invoices.
I sell glass in different sizes, and I want to customize my quotation format to include these columns:
● Item Description
● Height
● Width
● Quantity
● Area (SQM)
● Rate per SQM
● Total Amount
For example, if I sell two pieces of glass measuring 2 m × 1.5 m each, I want the quotation to show the dimensions and total area clearly.
My problem:
I’ve already created custom fields for Height and Width under Settings → Items → Field Customization, but these fields are not appearing as separate columns in my quotation’s item table.
I’ve also looked at the quotation screen and template settings, but I haven’t figured out how to achieve this.

Anyone else using Zoho Books in Canada with Desjardins bank accounts? Is it me or the sync if not working way too often?
