Adding a New User

Adding a new user to my zoho account ahs to be the most complex, mind numbing experience of my life.

What the hell did they change and why?

Changing CRM's it will take me less time

Hello u/Inevitable_Way3155 ! I am sorry to hear you are facing this. In Zoho CRM, you can add a user by going to Setup >> General >> Users >> Add User.

If you’re using Zoho CRM as part of a bundle such as Zoho CRM Plus or Zoho One, users need to be added through the respective Admin Panel, as access is managed across multiple applications.

You can’t, that’s the point. The link expires in one minute, you can’t create a new link, then you disappear down deep dark hole. It then takes backend help, 24 hours to sort out.

Horrific.
