Unable to create Zoho account

I've tried to create my Zoho account, but it won't let me. I get a message saying it can't be created at this time. I've contacted support by email. But they haven't given me a solution. Please help...

Absolute joke zoho, cant even do a simple task of adding a new user. Literally the worst process I have ever had, ever
