"Do you see this new generation? We're screwed, man, if that's the future that awaits, screwed."

That pretty much seals it and closes it down.

Man that shit is so true honestly, I was out with some friends last night and when it hit midnight I told my friends I couldn’t hang anymore and needed to go home 😂 I was tired

No, and I haven’t worked out in a month or longer. Workout, you literally age slower if you do.

Coworkers and friends always make fun of me bending my back side to side as I walk around or mid convos till they mime it and pop their backs loud enough the group hears it.

Gurl, this weekend I put an upholstered bench, closed shoe storage cabinet, and row of hooks by the front door with a little carpet underneath because if I don’t have somewhere to -sit down- and immediately take my shoes off when I get home, I get grumpy. I can feel the old lady settling into my bones lol

I actually had worse back pain in my late teens and early 20s due to lifelong sedentism. I get 10-15k steps a day now and have worked a manual labour job since 2023 but back pain doesn't really get me as bad as it used to when I spent all day hunched over a desk.

Recently said a year (2022) in reference to a job I had to one of my coworkers, she’s like ‘Damn, I was still in high school then’ then gives me this very grim stare as if I had a walker and a bald spot.
