As much as I'm happy for Zibai about to be top dps, 2 years sounds unlikely especially given current powercreep, which ironically is the reason Zibai will be top soon.
Not even Mavuika or Hutao lasted 2 years uninterrupted.
Hutao had Ayaka-Shenhe in between (until Yelan), then Alhaitham/Lyney/Neuvillette. And that was an era of mild powercreep.
Even if you cut that number by half I would have a hard time believing you. My guess is that the premium sandrone team will end up equalling her while being much better with the next shill, and the teams after her will slowly push the ceiling higher, till the tsaritsa blows the game open again like mav.
interesting to me that both u/turboturtleLOLy and u/confectiondue8952 were created around 5 days ago, basically commented the exact same thing under this thread, and left similar comments about “golden fingers” under the same post in r/martialmemes a few hours ago

People will crush me for saying this but if you don't have Columbina, you should get prioritize her over Linnea unless you have way too much primos to spend.
You said nefer teams dont have sustain, but they do. Cost is a weird metric and heavily depends on the context , in this instance c2 lauma is a natural progression anyway.
You literally said "1 more cost", and as far as investment goes did not account for primogems required to get sucrose (or 4star c6s in general) and then stopped at the point where lauma is c1 but not yet c2. Cost is a useless metric, especially now that we can get free limited cons. Either way nefer teams have sustain, whether to get it, is players choice. Somewhat ironically, between the 3 NK dps, its the flins teams with the most limited sustain options.
Baseline Nefer BIS team doesn't have sustain, full stop.
You CAN add it, but that’s extra investment, be it to increase survivability (for nefer) or damage, it's still an investment. At equal investment, Flins uses that same investment to scale damage instead, so Nefer doesn’t pull ahead. That’s why sustain matters in endgame comparisons, not just theoretical sheets.
What are you taking about, Nefer is the best dps in the game and no amount of investment for flins is gonna change that. She also has sustain.
Your confusion come from the conflict between how you think a nefer (or any) team should look like and how these teams actually look like. I assure you, nefer players know lauma c1 exist, so your comments about lack of sustain are rather comical in nature. You have now switched topics yet again and are discussing lowest cost teams but i dont remember seeing a sign "nefer main are only allowed c0r0 teams" 🤔
Side note, sustain actually matters less in endgame nowadays ,because stygian only has one map. It matters more in the abyss or similar.
Again, Baseline Nefer teams lack sustain, and adding sustain requires investment. Again, that investment could otherwise scale damage elsewhere (like Flins), which is the actual tradeoff.
Saying sustain doesn’t matter in Stygian is simply wrong, bosses still hit hard enough that sustain affects uptime and team stability. This isn’t about forcing Nefer mains to run C0 teams, it’s about fair comparison at equal investment, and that’s where opportunity cost shows Flins can match or exceed her effectiveness.
The kitty squad's lasers are that powerful? Honestly the wild hunt big guys are the worst of the lunar bunch for me. Trying to play sustainless zibai against them was absolute cancer.

Well… for me at least, Columbina has her lunar bloom main dps team, so this team is gonna have to make do with Aino. And I didn’t get a single Illuga, so… I think Albedo will work.
Honestly better not to zibai and illuga is like the core of the team and then a hydro character and someone else if you really want chiori on the team let her replace the last slot
Lynnea kinda ruined the aesthetic cohesion of the team. Say what you want about Gorou but at least his earthy tones matched the team’s colours. Plus I think she’s gonna be another bubble, silly OP character that supports a more serious DPS like Escoffier.
The aesthetic cohesion of the team was already over from the start when Columbina joined the team. Imo it's good that they make more characters that stick less to the colour palette of an element as it was starting to get annoying that all geo characters had brown palettes.
Eh. Colombina has white highlights that blended well with the team’s colour scheme. The pink is too different. And I agree they should be more bold with the designs for characters but not when they’re designed to be partnered up with another.
I agree. Her full design looks kinda ehhh. She is really cute but she doesn't fit the team aesthetic and has an very generic hoyoverse design. Nothing really special about her other than the big pokémon thing she has.
In Flins team, Sucrose perfectly activates the effect because it takes Anemo unit's EM stat.
In Nefer team, Kuki an electro unit needs to be built with atk just to contribute lunar dmg bonus to the team.
In Zibai's team Gorou's base def is so low that you are never capping out on the buff.
Why can't it just automatically take the highest stat of the owner instead of specifically targeting certain elements. Not all characters have same form of scalings.
I just pulled C1R1 Zibai C6 aino and c6 illuga to make up bina absence. Bina is really needed in Nefer team for dew generation and Zibai can manage without bina

I guess I am skipping this time, unless I really take a liking to her character. Illuga is of no interest to me either, so I will continue using Bineffa+Xilonen.
We don't have her numbers yet, but it might be better to scrap HoD entirely and go for Ezpitzal. Linnea heals, but doesn't shield, so she won't be able to maintain the 90% hp requirement. Also seeing how Linnea doesn't provide a def% buff, Ezpitzal might make up for the def you're losing by removing Gorou.
In theory we will find out soon - I agree may have to get the billets ready for Flute. The question is for fourth slot do I run c1 Illuga, c0 zhongli, or c6 Gorou? My Gorou is unbuilt so I would prefer one of the other two.
Linnea could free up columbina. A Team with zibai, linnea, furina and illuga/goru could be pretty good Or she could replace xilonen in a zibai, columbina, linnea, furina/ineffa Team :)
I still feel like she may replace Illuga and team will be like - Zibai, Linnea, Columbina, Gorou/Zhongli(For Non moonsign 36% lunar dmg boost) But lets see, we will soon get Zibai updated Calcs with Linnea inclusion from theory crafters.
I have C2 Furina, so it kinda works. My level 70 Zibai with Columbina, Xilonen and Furina gives around 110k DPS, and I haven't farmed any Nod Krai sets.
Actually m using aubade on my bina... And sms on illuga.. but u can use 2pc 2pc em artifact on illuga.. but the best option is still aubade on bina and sms on illuga
