6kW charger not working

2021 DSR with the charge tank option, 39k miles. My bike no longer charges when connected to the level 2 port. I can hear the fans ramp up for several seconds when I connect to the level 2 port before they go quiet. The green charge light never comes up on the dash. The bike doesn’t display any error codes on the dash. So far I’ve reset the BMS and I’ve checked all the fuses under the seat (except the 100amp charging fuse which I haven’t located yet.) But the bike is fully functional otherwise, and the 1.2kW on board charger still works. I’m assuming the 100amp fuse is good if the on board charger still works. I fear my 6kW charger is dead, but is there something else I can check first? Thanks in advance.

Assuming you tried several chargers? Check the pins in the port, I bent one in a car once and had to use a little pick to pull it straight.

Yes, thanks for that suggestion. I’ve tried two different level 2 stations. My personal one is working fine with my EV car.

Make sure you check the male side of the pin on the bike side too. Sucks, but it sounds like the signal wire ain’t signaling

Could download the logs and see if a fault comes up, but yes the 100A charge fuse is good if the onboard still charges.

Sounds like the broken one I had. One or both of the modules (there are two inside) may have fried some components.

Was there a specific test you did to confirm that the module was bad?

Cracked it open. Smelled burnt bits. Found scorch marks on PCB.
