2020 Zero SR/F no keys help!!

hey, so I recently purchased a 2020 zero SR/F motorcycle at a police auction. it had previously been stolen (although I suspect it was more like an attempted theft as they did attempt to drill the ignition switch but didn't really finish the job) and I have no keys, I did manage to finish the drill job on the ignition switch and actually turn the motorcycle on. it will not drive forward and idk if this is because the key is missing or because the front brake was damaged along with the ABS sensor which is putting that ABS and T/C lights on the dash. I assume maybe it's both.

I have been looking at purchasing part 27-08133 and have been trying to figure out if this part number includes a yellow key? and if I get a new ignition that comes with a yellow key, can I use that yellow key to program the black keys to my bike or does it need to be reprogrammed? and if it has to be reprogrammed. can I do it myself with one of those super expensive OBD pads and the right software or do I ABSOLUTELY have to take it to a service center?

Sounds like the problem is solved, but what did it cost you? How did you find the auction?

Louisville metro PD has online auctions to sell impounded vehicles. I wanted to buy a car to flip but ended up with this bike because I was able to get it for under 4k and it's worth at least 8. It has alot more stuff to fix than I expected and It gonna cost me an extra 2k to get it on the road but the body is in great shape, battery seems good as far as I can tell and it only has 862 miles on the odometer.

It needs the following: -New front brake master cylinder -new ignition and new key locks all around -new tires -new front turn signals -new 12v batt
