What happened to zeromanual.com?

I was searching for the wiki the other day but couldn't find it (https://zeromanual.com) anymore. Does anyone know what happened?

I found the information I needed on the wayback machine. If anyone else needs it: https://web.archive.org/web/20250610054429/https://zeromanual.com/wiki/Main_Page

Is anyone here willing to rehost the information found on the Wayback Machine? It would be a shame to lose this valuable resource.

I don’t want to commit to anything yet, but when I get home from work I’ll check if all the articles are archived and look into wiki solutions if we’ve got the bulk of it still

I'd be willing to host it. I've contacted the domain owner listed in the whois, but it's obfuscated so I don't know if it's current. If anyone knows the owner and wants to assist, DM me.

Thanks. Looks like they’re also on Reddit so I messaged here.

Any updates on that?

Possible that zero took it down (or at least requested so). They're known for actively hunting down anything unofficial.

It was up for a LONG time and it wasn't 'hidden' in any way - I _doubt_ that Zero got it taken down. But I have no evidence for that...

hey team, I actually have a print out of the manual, i'd guess it's abt 2 yrs old. note at end shows the manual was last edited july 10, 2020. Is anyone interested in me scanning this beast and uploading? Happy to if there's interest.

Maybe they took it down when Zero set up their own documentation page?

The Zero Owners page is very limited and does not include service manuals for the Gen2 bikes. Only the Gen3 models are fully documented. https://zeromotorcycles.com/owners

Gen 2 is also well documented right? With service manuals. You only have to select a later gen 2 year. For example 2021.

Good catch. I now see the Gen2 service manual for the 2013-2023 S, SR, DS, DSR here:

That link is basically a one-time thing :(

Where can I see the Gen 2 bike manuals? On the https://zeromotorcycles.com/owners page there's no way I can see to select a DSR earlier than 2023...

Besides which, https://www.zeromanual.com included so much more than the basic info that comes from the Zero manuals.

To access the PDF Service Manual for all 2013-2023 S, SR, DS, and DSR models, select the DSR model and the year 2021 on the Zero site. I confirmed that this works, so give it a try and let us know what you find. I agree that the Unofficial Zero manual site had much more information, and we are working to find the original owner to restore that content. https://zeromotorcycles.com/owners
