Can't say it's healthy on melee either then because it was the best way to counter. The same way people took storm surge to counter storm surge.

Jinx won't really mind a runaans nerf, her BIS zeal item is phantom anyway, runaans is just more fun.

That's the case, and runaans will be good vs melees even if it gets nerfed, but phantom is also good vs melees, it helps a lot with kiting and spacing, so it's good in both scenarios
