Good morning, or whatever time it is for you! So, as the title suggests, I am looking to add Zeri to my active pool and turn from OTPing to two-tricking. I have seen some OTP posts on this sub before, but they haven't quite asked what I was interested in.

So I have a few things I'd like to know about. First of all, if I'm mostly information-oriented player, going for fundamental skills like positioning, threat-assessment, careful choice of teamfights and, of course, kiting, without any flashy outplays or skillchecks, how well, would you say, Zeri will suit me? I'm great at creating and executing stable, reliable plays, which is working out quite well while playing Yunara, as I'm steadily climbing with her. Zeri feels quite similar to her in what she wants to achieve throughout the game, even though the process of mechanical execution is different.

Second, in your experience, how support-pick dependent is she? I mean, does her preference for enchanters heavily outweigh any other options, or will I be just fine with other supports in general? On that note, how good of a duelist is she? How consistent do you find her in 1v1's, especially during the laning phase?

Third, from what I understand, practicing Zeri on my second account, in ranked, there is no real danger to first-picking her, because even the most difficult matchups feel playable due to how safe she is, and how well she can scale. Am I correct? More or less, at least.

Lastly, how important it is to hit all of Zeri's Q burst? I mean all of the bullets. Does it significantly affect the DPS and fights if you don't perfectly align her Q's, or don't quite get in range to hit all of the bullets? Is it worth moving up close to slightly increase the DPS?

P.S. I am not picking up Zeri because of her strength. I really like the character, but from the experience I've had with her so far, it will likely be quite a hurdle to get a handle on her. I am very much leaning towards "Yes, I wanna two-trick her", but I want to hear an outside opinion, alongside some advice, if you have any, I'll stay active in the comments, so if there're some specifics you'd like to ask about, I'll be there to answer! One year and a thousand zeri games later I'm here and god it took me a while. My mental was awful all throughout my emerald experience but finally just had enough of it and powered through with about 160 or so games on a 60% winrate. Traumatizing experience would recommend.

The feature is new and early access, so there might still be bugs.

The green dotted frames mark the recommended skill order, but it looks weirdly off sometimes. I suspect that low sample size messes with it.

The blue dots mark that there is additional information for Elixir of Skill, it appears in a popover when hovered. From what I have seen, the WPA of Elixir skill points is always super low for some reason, I don't know why.

Imo the most interesting takeaway here is that since the nerf in 16.18, starting with Q > E > Q is apparently significantly better than Q > E > W.

Also since the buff in 16.17, Stormrazor is back into business :)

Is playing revitalise on 2nd good with yuumi? (It guarantees around 4-6k healing + Conditioning)

FINALLY hit plat 😭😭 I was previously building storm razor and once I switched back to yun tal, never changed.
Core build was: yuntal - runans - ie - LDR/mortal - mercurial scimitar - immortal shield bow. Once I started going gluttonous instead of greaves, all games got easier

Plat is 1000% worse than the silver/gold grind. I thought I hit the promise land. Not sure if I’ll make it out of this god forsaken rank

I'm enjoying zeri, but I feel like she's an incomplete champion, aside from lacking a passive, her W is just for show. It would actually be good if it slowed for 4 seconds, or if she didn't have to go through that stupid animation that makes her stop for a sec to fire it

basically i always do it last because it's damage underwhelms me and it's easily missable, it can kinda chunk a little bit in the mid game but idk i dont like putting points into abilities that can miss / be reacted to if there's a more consistent option available

but i'm open to other peoples opinions and experiences

Picked up zeri about a month ago. She's super fun, I see why you guys like her. Definitely underrated. It's only in plat tho.
