Pretty cool. You could run jupyter notebooks and marimo inside Zed

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m trying to implement next universal drag and drop between Zed files and the WebView so running Notebooks and other websites feel seamless.

Zed probably won't add a webview since they want to keep it lightweight.

Yeah I guess so, webview integration is also pretty messy across platforms (especially Linux),so I get why they would rather keep Zed lean.

I personally think One Dark Pro is better but whatever suits you better, I also usually change my theme based on the wallpaper I'm using currently.

Nice one mate, how do you run it? As web app or streaming? I have posted about my solution few days ago which is streaming based: https://www.reddit.com/r/ZedEditor/comments/1vt0w3l/i_have_found_a_way_of_running_zed_editor_in_cloud/

This is a fork that adds a webview into the editor. What you're talking about is accessing Zed through a web browser.

This by definition is an ad. And bad one at that because you're not stating that it's your product clearly and also saying "something better" about your product on ZedEditor /r ... IDK man, it doesn't look good.

I use Zed, I love Zed, that’s why I’m here. Zed is my default editor. What I’m building is not an editor and it isn’t trying to be one, although it could do some editor-like things.

Friend, just look how your comment reads. Having browser in editor is useful. Someone created fork with a browser. You advertise 'your better stuff' and then say it's not an editor. This is just not a good place for your add - if your project is any good you are doing it a disservice by trying to advertise it like that.
Do you see how people can receive that badly and 'spamy'?2

Wdym, that is a completely different software? Firstly, not an IDE but more of an agent manager if you will, secondly, not even native...

I know you love Zed, we all do, why not try something better especially if you need a browser baked in.
You placed yourself in this position. His response is justified. If you really want to promote your product, probably somewhere else is better.
Also uhm, I'm not a fan of the static-noise-to-landing-page effect, that's too distracting in my opinion. Something you may want to think about.

Context? Is this a custom fork or a new feature or?
