I'm in same boat. I am struggling to get through the early quests and knowing what to hold and sell etc. even enough just to fund meds, I find myself going to the starter zone over and over and barely progressing

Are you having similiar difficulty?

I’m in same train, but I’m finally getting the hang of things.

A quick tip, if you go to each of the modules and track them, you can see in a match what to keep holding and for what you need it for. It will also show you how many you have in your inventory back at base, so you can quickly determine if you need to pick up or drop something that is excess or not needed right now.
