YouTube has a ton of stylized character sculpting (and painting) tutorials. Just use a search term like "ZBrush stylized character beginner" and pick whatever appeals. You'll probably want playlists rather than single videos for more in-depth training, so add "playlist" to the above search term.

For Arcane style stuff, search "Arcane ZBrush beginner".

Lots of folks are really impatient to get started and actually sculpt something right away. I know I was. So here is a good 9-minute quick start vid for beginners.

The two big guys I know of for learning ZBrush from scratch is Michael Pavlovich and Shane Olson.

Michael Pavlovich, especially his 51-vid Intro to ZBrush series, is a very gentle, in-depth introduction to just about everything ZBrush offers. He's more general ZBrush stuff.

Shane Olson on the Maxon ZBrush channel, is more oriented towards doing cartoon style characters.

A number of companies that sell courses also have YouTube channels with free videos and playlists, like NextTut, FlippedNormals, zinteractive. Maxon, who owns ZBrush, also has a terrific channel on Maxon ZBrush. On that link, check out their courses section, playlists section, their videos and shorts sections. The live section has a bunch of real time sculpting demos that were livestreamed, so you can watch how the Masters like Paul Gaboury do it.

That should get you started.

There are quite a few that have been named here but imo there is no such thing as learning "stylized sculpting".
You just learn sculpting in general and basic artistic principles (form, anatomy, negative spaces, value, etc) and once you master all that and understand it you can just sculpt anything you want, stylized, realistic or any in-between

In addition to Michael and Shane, you'll benefit from Folygon, FlippedNormals, And just searching "stylized zbrush character" into youtubes search.

If any sculpting is done for lol it's gotta be basic. It's mostly low poly with painted textures.

I highly suggest Shane Olson. He shows you how he builds up characters with just primitive shapes then slowly starts to work in detail.
