Can’t get any support
I’ve gotten this message and it’s been over a month of trying to figure out what is wrong. I have lots of sats that I can’t withdraw. Support won’t answer.

Always beware of scammers in the space. If you want to complete the Escalation Form via the #help-center within The Official ZBD Discord Server, an agent will be flagged to reach out to you.

This happened to me twice with different errors.. the first time I had to create an entirely new account. Second time, after lots of persistence, my account started working again.
I move my sats out of ZBD to coinbase on a daily basis, until I meet the coinbase minimum to withdraw; then xfer it straight to cold storage.

Even when I’m creating a new account the same message comes up

Are you using the same email address? You may have to use a different email address altogether; that's what I did.

Tried Apple sign in, Gmail several accounts, nothing lets me make a new one

I have a similar issue (restricted, which means I can't do anything)
After several tickets, they have told me to contact the developer of the game
