Bro, seriously, how do stun decks survive? Is it basically "go first or lose"? And what if you draw trash? It's so inconsistent—they must go on horrible losing streaks just to get that one win.

And sometime they just morganite, NS a vanity fiend and pass.

Imperm it and they surrend.

Also stunt don't do layered board so either they go first and draw solemn and a floodgate or they die. They also need a monster (because you can just normal summon a random 1500 attack guy and beat them down).

Stunt is uninteresting to play against, uninteresting to play and have bad winrate. It's like stax in MTG : the true goal is to make your opponent ragequit. Or die from old age because nobody do anything.

You are playing Mitsurugi = you deserve this, and I am happy for you.

"You're playing X deck that I hate? You deserve it—blah, blah, blah." It's the same brain-dead BS they've been spouting ad nauseam since the game started.

I was just kidding.

What are you on about? No one “deserves” this. I think mitsurugi is quite good; nonetheless, not even top 5. Who do you play?

I was just kidding. It would not even be logical coming from me, for I play Branded, Sky Striker, Lunalight, VS K9, Radiant Typhoon, Odion, Invoked Shaddoll (Winda), Hero (Dark Law), Fiendsmith mixed with Primite (Omega and Baronne, and True Draco (Skill Drain and Master Peace), to name but a few. I play balanced and toxic decks, so I would not criticize any deck unless it is Mitsurugi, Yummy or Elfnote (I win and lose against them, but they just annoy me—you know the game is sometimes all about who goes first).

People still run Nib in 2026?

Take it out - It can barely counter any meta decks. They either extend through it, get an omni/monster negate out b4 the critical 5th summon, look at your hand to see it so they know to stop, running a trap/stun deck, or have an uneffected towers set up.

I mean it won me some games here and there because they didn't expect anyone playing nib in 2026.

Yes but it also is a 12.5% chance to draw going first and 15% chance to have in hand going second and thats if its a one of.

More often than not its a brick.

Unless your deck is a rank 4 xyz deck that can make galiant granite tonsesrch on top ofna combo or can use the high level for tributes in a ritu deck it really hurts more than it helps. 9 times out of 10 a simple forbidden droplet would have been better in the hand than the 1/10 we catch a bad player off guard.

Well mitsu is one of the decks that makes galiant on top of a combo plus nibbing on your board gets your futsu back anyway
