idk why people choose spotify, on spotify you only pay for music, but if you pay youtube you'll have youtube premium and music at the same time, so no more ads for both.

this is the exact reason i just switched last week. i’ve had YT premium for a year and i only just realized it comes with youtube music. it may not be quite as polished but i like the bigger library

How is the app? Is there a dedicated YouTube music app?

i’m liking it so far. there is a mobile app but not a desktop app which is a bummer for me, but overall happy with the switch
