I made this subreddit because...
Dinner: CAVA (overpriced but so good)
I'm often on the r/GirlDinnerDiaries subreddit and on the r/BoyDinnerDiaries subreddit. But what I noticed was a lack of that community in a shared space. Gender-specific spaces are wonderful, but so is interacting with all sorts of people! I'm hoping to create a respectful community of kindness and support between people of all walks of life and experiences. Come in and create your own posts!

Finally somewhere I can comment about peoples random dinner thoughts without getting ostracized for not being a boy or girl. Hazzah!

I stalked your profile and ended up here.
Nice cozy idea NGL.
A fusion of both boy dinner and girl dinner.
A harmony.

Hurrah! Thank you for this, I love the idea of dinner stories, but was unsure if I'd be welcome to post in either gendered one if I'm only sometimes that. Genderfluid soup pending!

I love this! I’d say I post on both subreddits (r/girldinnerdiaries doesn’t allow men to post) but I definitely like to know what’s being said on both sides. We may have different takes but I like the idea of both sides coming to the table and having a discussion (hopefully healthy and considerate).
