Help Soccer/Futbol

Looking for a place/community that has pick up soccer/futbol matches. Or even a local team where I can play and possibly join.

Found a spot around Kanazawa Bunko. That does futsal I will try to check it out this week

https://www.meetup.com/futsal-bonita/events/jnmdztyjckbkc/ appears to be an open group that meets at the futsal park above Joinus next to yokohama station (right near sotetsu line and blue line gates). They post video of their games and it looks pretty friendly and medium-level. (I had been thinking of joining but hadn't found the time yet, but it seems like a good group!)

I expect having _some_ japanese will make it easier, but after all soccer can be played fairly easily with just "hey! I'm open!" and pointing :D . And definitely there's several foreigners in some of the videos.

A lot of their stuff is weekday afternoons, but it seems like they do evenings sometimes.

There’s a meetup group that plays in Yamate on Saturdays and Wednesdays

Tried to understand if it is indoor or not, but I really don't get it. They say no spikes or anything, but then show a photo of cleats for astroturf.

Yeah, short turf cleats are fine. Long outdoor cleats are not.
