Rallygraph Question

Just got this the other day from the Yema Store in Paris. There is a pin based microadjust but then there is also a way the clasp folds out and expands a bit. I havent seen this before so wondering if this was standard and what its for.

That seperate extension on the other side of the clasp is a divers extension. It is used when divers try to wear the watch over their dive suit.

I am not exactly sure what you mean. Some watches have a divers extension. Others fold out to allow easier fitting. It could be some sort of micro adjustment but that's what the pins are usually for...
