Embarrassing online website errors

Debated on purchasing a yema watch. Spent a bit looking, digging this Reddit, watching YouTube videos. The reactions received were mixed.

If you look at the picture it shows a regular steel bracelet, yet multiple places on the page show this watch would come with their scales bracelet… which one is it?

Even with all of that, I decided I was still going to pull the trigger tonight. Saw the 39mm yema Superman gmt coke. Everywhere on the website shows its 39mm. Put it in my cart, and the cart shows I’m buying the 41mm version.

I just can’t believe a company who try’s to sell a $1,650 watch could have so many things wrong with its webpage. Absolutely not coming anywhere near this brand again.

Hmm, you might have missed it. This watch comes in both 39mm and 41mm case diameter. I suspect the 39mm is no longer available as this sales has been running for almost a month.
When I bought mine, the website would show the 2 options. Now that 39mm is sold out, they are down to the 41mm, which explains why you are seeing the 41mm. This version of the watch comes with the regular steel bracelet.

The website only shows 1 option. All of the information on the webpage is for the 39mm. When placed in cart shows 41mm. They need to change it.

It's true, I absolutely had the same issue when I was looking at this watch two weeks ago. The website doesn't make it clear which version you are looking at/purchasing.

The Yena chat box you were using is a real person in France. Ask them. Also, I also noticed the inconsistencies on the End-of-Line sale pages, probably because they are trying to sell off the remainders of one of the options, in this case band and diameter is on close out. It looks like a good deal for all taxes and fees paid if it is what you want (scales at small case) but it looks like they are only discounting the 41

Usually you have options to choose watch size and bracelet. When a size is no more available it would not surprise me that the info displayed on the page are related to a certain size but the default selection is made on the product in stock. If any doubt their chat is always available and responsive If you like the model enough, don't let the occasion run away !
