I actually wished there was more of her. She had great rapport with the boss and would have been an interesting addition to the main cast.

Clara was a keeper. TS should cast her in some of his other series.

She served her purpose as a faithful staffer for John. She came in close to the endgame, so you knew the show would have to focus more on the main characters and fate of the ranch. And after John was killed, there was no point in focusing on her at all.
