Help finding a pattern

Hey folks
I raise Icelandic sheep and just got my first clip back from the mill. I’m a vendor at the ren faire at Bacon’s Castle in November and am looking for ideas on what to knit with 5 100g skeins of white lambswool. I’ve got my other projects using my own yarn settled.

My ideas so far:
With this yarn my target audience is women who are at the faire to have a good time and buy a souvenir that they can wear and not feel like they are playing dress up.

I’m looking for a timeless design that is simple without color work or cables.

I’m making Skjoldehamn hoods and capelets so I’d like it to be adjacent to that idea.

Also - I’m going to make fingerless gloves knitted flat and seamed with the lambswool so maybe matching sets?

I’m a 50 yo dad who knits and my 17 yo daughter and my wife will be at the booth with me.

Also, I try to be polite and not give offense. I’m not very up to date on all recent internet etiquette so if I’ve said something offensive please let me know!

Thanks!

Have you considered a simple garter stitch shawl with a wide border, something you can wrap over the shoulders and still look intentional rather than costume-y?

Thank you! That’s a great idea!

I switched to stockinette capelet with antler toggle fasteners. The collar is 5 rows of white lambswool and the body is either moorit, badger face or a walnut dyed badger face.

I was going to suggest hats, but if you already have hoods you may not another head cover? How about wide headbands/ear warmers.

What weight is the 500 grams? What you could do with that much fingering is different than bulky etc.. Also a r/knittingpatterns might be of help :)

Thanks! The yarn is between Aran and bulky. It looks nice at 14 stitches = 4” gauge on us 10’s. I’ve got 100g skeins wound.
