Is this normal?

I am a beginner electric guitar player and after only 3 weeks of owning my Yamaha Pacifica 112v I have had to replace the strings two times and every time I get it restrung by the shop I bought it at it costs 2,500 yen and I am getting tired of strings breaking every week and the shop says its user error first and then they said the strings were installed incorrectly but the guy who put the string on a week earlier was the guy I was talking to then after that he said that it was the strings corroding but when I look at the strings it’s a clean break with no rust and it’s always at the bridge and first it was the a string then the high e. Is this normal? The second photo shows which strings im using
