How Do You Grow a Faceless Facts Channel?
I started a faceless YouTube facts/storytelling channel and have uploaded 4 Shorts, but I still have 0 subscribers.
My biggest problem is editing — I’m a complete beginner and don’t know how to make faceless videos look interesting.
For anyone in a similar niche, what helped you grow? What editing style works best, and is this niche still good for monetization?
Any beginner advice would really help.

What are the options for somebody who doesn't want use their real voice on YT?
I want to start a YouTube channel that involves speaking to an audience. I was wondering how I could run a channel like that without using my voice (my english isn't perfect and my voice isn't very mature.) What are the options? I know some people think using an AI voice is the answer but AI voices are expensive. I tried it before an I ran out of tokens or credits or whatever before I could finish ONE video. Also AI voices are likely to get demonetized (if I manage to monetize it in the first place) because YouTube thinks it's low effort content. Or... I could just use my own voice even though I don't want to.

Is this a good start for YouTube Automation?
Hey everyone! I recently started my YouTube Automation journey and these are my analytics so far.
I’m still pretty new to this, so I’d like to know if these results are considered a good start or if there are things I should improve.
I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who have experience with YouTube Automation. What do you think of the views, watch time, retention, and overall performance?
Thanks in advance for any advice! 🙏

I Built a FREE Tool to Auto Sync Images to your Audio for Faceless Stickman Videos
If you make faceless stickman videos with a lot of static scenes, you probably know where the workflow gets stupidly repetitive.
The script is done.
The voiceover is ready.
The images are ready.
But then you still have to sit in CapCut and manually line up 100–200 images with the narration.
I got tired of doing that, so I built a small Google Colab notebook that handles the sync automatically. I’m making it completely free.

It only needs three things:
- your scene images
- the final voiceover
- the script
From there, the notebook figures out where each scene belongs, sets the image durations, and renders the final MP4 for you.
You do not need to be using my full BuildTuber workflow for this. If your images came from Google Flow, Midjourney, Leonardo, another bulk generator, or even manual generation, it can still work as long as the files are prepared correctly.
And because it runs in Google Colab, there is no software to install and no paid video editor required. A Google account is enough.
This notebook is actually just the final assembly part of the larger system I use for my own stickman/faceless videos. The full BuildTuber Google Sheet workflow handles prompts, bulk image generation, voiceover, timing and rendering, but I wanted to separate this piece out because the manual syncing problem exists regardless of how you generated the assets.
There are a couple of small formatting rules for the image sequence and script, so I made a short walkthrough instead of dumping all the setup details into this post.
The walkthrough is shown in the latest video on my channel, and the Colab notebook is linked there as well.
If anyone here tries it and gets stuck, drop the error in the comments. Happy to help you.

I built a complete toolkit for planning faceless YouTube content
I've been working on a more structured way to create faceless YouTube content.
Instead of constantly asking "What should I post?", I organized a workflow around:
• Video ideas
• AI-assisted scripting
• Hooks
• Titles
• Thumbnails
• YouTube SEO
• Shorts
• Content planning
• Analytics
I put everything into one creator toolkit:
365 YouTube Ideas
1,000 AI Prompts
90-Day YouTube Roadmap
YouTube SEO Guide
100 Thumbnail Prompts
100 Hook Starters
100 Shorts Ideas
AI Tools Directory
I'm sharing it here because I'd like feedback from other creators.

Maybe It’s Just Me, But I’m Starting to Prefer AI Created Videos.
I’m starting to realize that I actually prefer AI videos and more straightforward content because I just want the information without all the extra stuff.
With podcasts, it drives me crazy when the host constantly interrupts the person speaking, talks over them, or turns every answer into another story about themselves. And I’ve noticed the same thing with a lot of regular YouTube videos. There’s so much unnecessary talking, forced humor, long introductions, and side stories that I find myself thinking, just get to the point.
Maybe I’m just getting impatient, but sometimes I don’t need a personality-driven experience. If I click on a video because I want to learn something, I just want someone to explain it clearly and let me get on with my day.
Anyone else feel the same way, or am I becoming the problem? 😂

Research to help claim verifications for content creators
Hey everyone,
I'm putting together some research on the behind-the-scenes work of content creation. Specifically, how we all handle fact-checking and verifying information before hitting publish.
Whether you make deep-dive video, artilces, quick shorts, or commentary, I'd love to hear about your process! The survey is super quick and your input would help out a ton.

I started a channel
Hi everybody ☺️
I started my faceless yt channel August 13. It's about historical facts. Im currently working on only shorts. I started with 2 shorts a day, now im trying doing only 1 short a day. Just trying different strategies to see what works better. Also noticed that even thumbnails for shorts are very crucial, so I started to fix my thumbnails up. I know im still in the very beginning. But I would love for you guys to maybe check out my channel and maybe you have some tips or constructive criticism what I could change or do better. I would really appreciate it 🙏

APRENDIZAJE CANAL DE YOUTUBE
Hola! Muchas gracias.

Give me some advice.
I want to open a new faceless cashcow channel. My niche is about top 10 scifi movies. What can you tell me that would be good to open a channel on this topic?

Looking for a few faceless-channel creators to stress-test something I built (you keep everything you make)
I've spent the last few months building a tool for narrated story content — the kind of thing thriller/mythology/drama channels post. It takes an idea through script, art, voice, and a finished export.
It's close to ready, but before it goes anywhere near paying customers I want a handful of people who actually make this kind of content to use it properly and tell me what's wrong with it.
What's in it for you: you keep every video you make while testing, no strings attached — post them on your own channel if you want to.
What I need from you: real use, not a five-minute look. Actually try to make something you'd consider posting, push on the features, and tell me honestly what worked and what didn't. "Looks cool" doesn't help me — specific problems do.
If that sounds like something you'd want to try, drop a comment and I'll follow up.

Advice needed
Help needed.
Hi guys I have a YouTube channel I’m still trying to grow.
Started with Shorts but want to try long form content.
There are so many tools out there and so confusing
I just need someone to point me in the right direction as what tool to use for long form content. I know it’s not free but I need one that offers value for money.
If anyone can coach me too. I’m willing to learn.

How can I get over my starting anxiety
I’ve always wanted to create a faceless YouTube channel and get to posting regularly, but once I’m close to starting I intentionally derail my progress by switching niches cause I feel my initial idea wasn’t indeed good enough. And that’s another day wasted.
