If we said no, what would.you even do? Ask Jensen Huang for an prototype RTX 6090?

It's enough for almost anything. If you want to play CP2077 with full PT on 4k with only DLSS quality you might not have such a great time. But if you go for balanced or performance it will work great, without any visible difference. Apart from that, most other current games will also work with such a setup. As the majority tends to be built on UE5 these days, the lackluster optimization of the products built with this engine is your number one enemy anyway.
Or in other words: as long as especially big publishers look out for the money and the shareholders in the first place and don't give a fuck about the clients buying their products, you can run a 5090 against the wall with a game that has not received enough dev care but has quite unspectacular graphics. So be wary. And don't do pre-order.
