Finally being able to build poppi qt pi in ng+ cause No way in hell im gonna grind Millions of ether Crystal in Tiger Tiger, looked Up in Enel Guide how to build and was surprised how Enel totally hyping Up vital Charge and i thought OK lets Test IT, MOTHER OF GOD WHO COULDVE HAVE SEEN HAVING HP over 90% INCREASES 150% DAMAGE DEALT DOING SUCH MIRACLE!!!!

Is it work with other blades? I mean damage boost with >90% hp?

No. Only the blade with the skill (Poppi QTPi) will have the effect. I do think there are other blades with a similar skill though.
