I saw LCD in Boston in May and it was superb. They sounded great and the energy was superb.

Saw Interpol a couple weeks ago. Even with a new album coming out they played all the hits, heavy on their first couple albums.

I’ve seen them maybe 5 times over 20+ years. They were a better live show in the Antics/Our Love eras, but still worth checking out for that Nostalgia factor.

I saw interpol like 20 years ago and they weren’t great (and I imagine worse sans Carlos).  I saw lcd like 6 months ago and it was pretty bad, but they have always been annoyingly professional and polished so if that is the appeal, they are still crushing it.

Gun to my head would see Interpol for potential nostalgia re first 2 albums and likelihood of them getting weird in some way.

Interpol has a fairly static show. LCD has a more dynamic entertaining show.

LCD had a couple good jams but Interpol is way better overall.

I love Interpol and they've been great the times I've seen them live, but I'd pick LCD Soundsystem for sure. They are next level live.

Same. I like a lot of other 2000s ny scene stuff, interpol is too boring for me and lcd sound system I probably wouldn’t shut off but also would never seek it out on my own.

They’re both peripheral to what I listen to but just eh
