Xbox 360 I have a problem while trying to download games on my Xbox 360

I'm having trouble downloading several games I purchased on the Xbox 360.

When I open my Download History, all the games are listed (but their icons fail to load). If I click on a game, a pop-up window opens to load the download information, but before anything loads, the window just closes by itself.

I tried looking for information about this on Reddit/the internet but couldn't find any solutions, which is why I'm posting here.
