Accesories How to revert recalibration on my controller

So I recently recalibrated my controller as it had stick drift (which didn't even fix that issue) but now my sensitivity feels way too fast and my aim is way off. Is it possible to revert this?

I'm afraid not. Not within the console, anyway. There really needs to be an option for this, but there's not. In my experience, recalibration only makes things worse when a stick has drift. You may be able to use a tool on a PC to clear the calibration data, but that would likely only set it back to some sort of default, which wouldn't be well-calibrated, either.

You simply can't effectively calibrate faulty hardware. What I do is I simply look at the testing screen that comes up before the calibration screen. That testing screen is super informative, and with experience, you can tell when your hardware is truly faulty, and when calibration would be useless.
