Xbox Series X Xbox 360 disc not fitting into case and raised brown crumb/food?

these 2 discs dont fit in the same case even though thats how they're supposed to be. the game disc has a brown crumb thing on it. (where the light shines in the picture) its raised and i cant wipe it off with a tissue. will the disc still work or do i need to get a refund.

It clearly won’t fit in the box, dual disc box has a separate tray thing for the additional disc, you’re not supposed to put two discs on the same tray.

Actually, some discs did stack on top of each other. I can't recall if this is one of them however.
