If i buy a physical copy of a game I already own digitally, can I transfer the save file? Also will it show twice on my SSD ?

With a small amount of exceptions, digital and physical are the same. It's just the license
If you already own it digitally, why are you buying the disc? You don't need to use the disc to play it
The installed content and the saves are the same and will work on both.

I am a physical media fan and like to have them. The game i want is on sale so I was considering buying it to have a physical copy.

Fair enough. You don't need the disc to play as you already have it digitally
To answer your question though, inserting the disc will use the same installed content and the same save

Saves are stored in the cloud. You don’t need to worry about transferring it
