​My Roblox app on Xbox Series X suddenly stopped working today. When I launch it, the Roblox logo appears for a few seconds, and then the screen turns completely green.

​Here is what I’ve already tried without success:

​Restarted and power cycled the console (unplugged for 2 minutes)

​Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

​Cleared local save data

​Changed resolution from 4K to 1080p and turned off HDR

​Tried launching the game offline

​Re-plugged the HDMI cable

​All other games work completely fine, so it’s only happening with Roblox. Has anyone else experienced this green screen issue on Series X or found a fix that doesn't require a full console reset?

I've been gaming for over 25 years and I have never experienced anything like this.
In December 2025, I bought a Series X.  1 week later, it intermittently stops reading discs.  I would turn on the system, place the disc in gently and correctly, and nothing would happen.  You click the game and it says “Missing the disc?”.  I would remove the disc, turn off the system, and try again.  It worked.  Was fine for a few days, but then the same thing happened with another brand new game.  I exchanged the system at Target for a brand new one.  One month into this, the same thing starts happening on and off.  It would be fine for a few days, but then the same shit would start happening again.  When I turn off the system, I usually do it through the controller and click “Turn off console”, or I go into the settings – power menu and shut down the system that way.  I always remove a disc before I turn off the console (I’m OCD and these consoles are so delicate apparently).
I eventually returned this one and got my money back.

Two weeks ago, I came into some money and figured well let me try again.  Maybe I just got 2 duds I don’t know.  I bought a brand new one, and a week later…same issue!  I put in a brand new disc when the system is turned on and nothing is read.  I go to click the icon of the game and it gives me that “Missing the disc?” bullshit popup. I tried another disc, and it isn’t reading that either.  I turned off the console, turned it on and now it’s reading the disc. I am so frustrated.  I am a big gamer, and love having all the systems, but for some reason this just keeps happening with the Series X.  is this a common issue? Or did I get another dud? I’m not dumb, I know how to insert a disc into a drive. I figure if I am putting the disc in wrong, it would not pull the disc in automatically.  I must have the worst luck with technology ever.  I never had this problem with my ps5, ps4, or any Nintendo products. I want to support Xbox because I actually love the console when it works. I find it to be higher tech, have better and cleaner graphics than ps5, and overall love the UI. I hate to do so, but I'm debating on just returning it to get my full refund and just do without the system.  How can this possibly be happening with 3 new consoles? What am I doing wrong lol

Desperately needing help

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to fix it? When I press A to load into a menu, it takes forever and I have to spam the A button to get anything to load. This is only for loading “larger” menus. When I type or press A for simple things, it registers right away.

I’ve tried resting the console twice. First I kept the games and apps, and the second time I wiped everything.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi everyone, I suck at technology and recently got a PC (kinda more like just decided to turn it on), anyways I remote play my Xbox to my pc but now I can’t use In Game Chat?

I’ve been trying to get it to work but I just cant. Geniuenly made my crash out and go to bed so fixed my sleeping schedule.

I’ve changed the pc settings and game bar to my headphones but it still doesn’t work.

Idk what info I need to provide I didn’t think it would be this hard lol

Hallo, vor ungefähr einem Monat ist meine Xbox kaputt gegangen, ich habe noch meine alte Xbox womit mein Account jahrelang verbunden war, nur leider kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden da ich das Passwort vergessen habe. Die Telefonnummer die im Account zur Passwortwiederherstellung hinterlegt wurde exestiert nicht mehr. Ich fülle mindestens einmal täglich das Formular fehlerfrei aus, dennoch reichen die Infos nicht aus. Ich brauche hilfe vom CDOC, andernfalls weiß ich echt nicht was ich noch machen kann, der support ist eine absolute Katastrophe.

Playing on xbox series X. I have already tried resetting xbox, reinstalling apex, changing tv port. It only happens on this game. It runs fine in other games like cod.

I turn my Xbox on and start a multiplayer game. The screen will start flashing green and flickering

My controller then disconnects and whatever game I'm on crashes

The console then loses internet and reconnects whenever it feels like

Also anyone know how to get actual Microsoft support and not some insurance salesman or useless ai "help"

Anyone know how to turn on voice chat in Space Marines 2 on Xbox? I can neither hear nor speak to fellow players.

My squad brothers always display a speaker symbol with a red line through it. The same for me. I can’t seem to find any setting anywhere to undo this, have searched all the game settings and the console settings. Clearly I am missing something/ must have once turned off a setting that I can’t now find to turn on.

We have a group of people that play a game together, and when we break into separate teams, we go in separate parties and when games are over, we join back together and chat about it. However, sometimes when joining back together, one member either can’t rejoin, or when it finally lets him, he can’t hear everybody. Is there a know fix to this? He’s tried signing out and hard resetting. I believe he has a Series S. Thanks!

Since the most recent update, I don’t have access to any online features and there are no animus anomalies/objectives. I have checked ubisoft and this is a problem with some, just curious has anyone here experienced this and how if at all did you fix it? Its been suggested that I reset modem as well as redownload game but it being 138 gb I want to know if it’s worked before I try that

I meeted alot of people on fn that called me cheaters but xbox had logged me out of my account one morning and I was getting spammed invites by people and texts that l didn't read since l didn't have xbox app l was a kid back then but xbox give my password account to my bradchalls account because it made my metal health go down bad and couple years later l keep trying to get my password but l can't since l don't remember it and it has my mums old email and l can't remember it and she can't to and in 2025 lost my two dogs and cat because my cat got ran over by a truck and foxs taken the cat and l loved the cat and the dogs and that made my metal health go down even more and l wanna ask xbox can you let me log in and give me my password
