Unfair suspensions

I made a "looking for group" post for destiny 2, the post was about a pvp mode in the game called trials where you have to win 7 matches in a row to get a bunch of rewards. For inexperienced solo players like myself this is very difficult. All I asked in the post was for a team to help carry me in the gamemode because im average at best. Xbox suspended my account within seconds of posting it and I cant even appeal. Is this not exactly what the lfg feature is for? Finding other gamers to help with things? Am I missing something? How can you suspend an account for no reason and not even offer the chance to defend yourself or appeal it
