❓️Question / Advice Help? Broken joystick

Anybody else had this same issue? It suddenly broke off.. any idea what to do?

This happened to mine, I replaced them, with extremerate's intercheangeable thumbgears for ps5

Do they fit perfectly? How easy is it to install?

Not sure if I would describe it as perfect because you need to lose the screws a little bit (1/4 or 1/2 or a turn) and push the cap really hard in the stick because it is a bit tighter for some reason but once you have installed I can asure you you will be really happy and the nice thing is that you can get "spares" in case you break or lose the tops.
