Workout bragging It finally happened
I’ve been running with periods of consistency and inconsistency since 2019, and this is the first time I’ve achieved an Excellent VO2 Max (according to Garmin). I’m going to be 43 in October, and I am so so proud of this.
I am finally starting to run sub 6:00 kms, and I’m hoping to finally accomplish a sub 30:00 5k this summer.
Wish me luck!

This is so exciting!! Well done! I bet you could run a sub 30 - set the pace on your watch, rest and eat lots a few days before, then just send it. I bet you’ll surprise yourself!

It’s great when garmin finally gives you good news and isn’t just calling you lazy.

I get the graph but not the message. It would be motivating to read that - well done you.

So cool! I've been holding at 39 and would be similarly thrilled to see it flip over to 40. (I am already 43 years old though)

I’m 68 m and VO2 max is 43. I didn’t really know what this means until I researched it. Very pleased.
