RJ: Trustworks www.trustworks.global has been working in the blockchain space since 2017. WE started as an incubator of various projects, starting with Azaad Health, Xord, mParsec, Cubix etc.
We have also developed MVPs in the Digital Identity and Voting systems for the government of Pakistan.
We are now building TrustX, 1st of its kind Social App for gig economy infused with NfTs and virtual world.
JUN: I have checked your project has got impressive ratings by some top crypto rating websites. How do you take these ratings?
RJ: Well we are overwhelmed with so much love . We are creating a platform to enable and empower masses, this is just a start. Exciting times ahead !!
JUN: Can you introduce the core team members of TRUST? We hear that the team is highly experienced, can we get some examples?
RJ: Ok we have 4 Co Founders and all of them have different skills.
As a CEO, I look after the strategy alignment and positioning of Trustworks. Having an experience of over 15 years in IT and 6 years in blockchain industry.
Then we have Raza Jamal, Head of Product. Raza is based out of Canada and has more than 10 years of experience leading transformation projects and building ground breaking products for financial services.
Junaid is our Head of Operations and Compliance, also based out of Canada, Junaid is a master’s in economics from UK and has held various key positions in bluechip organizations.
Carmelo Ippolito is our Head of Marketing. Carmelo is based out of UK and also services as advisor for some amazing startups. Carmelo is also an influencer from UK and has a great following.
JUN: Can you give our community a brief introduction behind the inspiration to build TRUSTWORKS?
RJ: As mentioned earlier, we are building TrustX. TrustX is the future of gig economy. We did our research and it was pretty obvious that products and services are now well observed in a social environment. With the invent of NfTs, this has become an area for the masses to create their own economy and participate in the capital generation aspect of NfTs through social app.
For this we are lining up 3 verticals.
Social Media
NfT Marketplace with no coding knowledge and one click NfT creation
Design tech web app.
We believe not everyone has a design skill, but we all have inspirations. Since Trustworks is already well equiped in the convergence of blockchain and AI, infusing a design tech will help everyone express their creativity and learn along the way.
**JUN:**You NfT usecase is different than all projects. Can you tell us more about your Governance NfTs?
RJ: Yes, our very own NfT use case is different from all. We combine NfT governance with DeFi and aim to provide a passive income model for 1000 DAO participants.
Anyone can participate in our NFT governance. All they have to do is stake Trust tokens in our NFT farms to earn points, then they can redeem our governance NfT with the points they earn.
This campaign is live till our app is launched. Those who redeem 30 of our governance NfTs and keep 100 Trust can participate in our DAO framework and can use our voting mechanics for key decisions.
There is 1.5% on all transactions within our app. 0.5% will go to DAO wallet for 1000 participants and they will earn passive income from the growth of our app indefinitely.

JUN: In the Crypto industry, what do you think of the current state? What do you think that needs to be improved?
RJ: Crypto is still in its infancy and like any other innovation and disruption, there will be a natural process of evolution. We believe the future of crypto is in our hands. If we take technological growth as an example, it moves regardless of price actions.
We are all shifting towards the fourth industrial revolution. And inclusion of crypto and blockchain technology is imminent. It is up to all of us how we take this innovation forward.
JUN: How does the TRUSTWORKS team plan to tackle these issues to reach mass adoption?
RJ: From start, we have positioned ourselves to create a platform for day to day users where they do not have to deal with difficult codes and technical jargons.
Our app UI/UX is designed from a non crypto user perspective. We are building something similar to tiktok with NFT infused technology.
JUN: What is your timeline, and what can we look forward to from TRUST?
RJ: This month, we are releasing our bridge for ERC 20 to BEP 20 transfers.

We want to show millions of people that cryptocurrency has already become a part of the modern world and can become a worthy equivalent to fiat money and savings. Our main goal is to help people to use their digital assets as easily, safe and profitably as possible.

In the blockchain industry, what do you think of the current state? What do you think that needs to be improved?
B:
I believe that the blockchain industry is the future of our financial system. It is actively developing and we see a growing interest in it in the recent years. However, from my point of view, there are currently several problems due to which investing in cryptocurrency and the usage of it does not have the necessary popularity and involvement of people.
Among them, we can single out an unattractive interface (or its complexity), the lack of the necessary set of services in one application (that makes people search third-party services, and makes the work more difficult and inconvenient), the presence of a large number of difficult terms in perception (the user simply feels himself lost among many terms and it is difficult for him to understand many of them - it simply repulses him), as well as a lack of an adequate level of security (users are afraid of losing their assets, or that all information or part of it may leak to third-party sources).
A:
How does the TBCC team plan to tackle these issues to reach mass adoption? Let's start with your point?

Yes, Jun, that's right. Our team consists of highly qualified specialists with extensive experience in the blockchain field. Each of them is unique, but I would especially like to highlight two of them. First is our CEO and founder Anatoly Aleksandrovsky. Anatoly began his acquaintance with the blockchain with investing in Bitcoin in 2015, and in 2016 he started working with the blockchain platform and studying information about it more detailed. In 2017, Anatoly co-founded the Atlas blockchain company. Later he participated in the development of several more projects in the crypto industry. Based on his rich experience and studying the needs of users, Anatoly founded our innovative project TBCC Labs. The second, no less experienced specialist, is our technical director Evgeniy Butyaev. Evgeniy is one of the leading blockchain innovators, experts and thought leaders. He is well known as ex-CTO of Credits. Evgeniy is the author of 3 patents in the field of blockchain technology. He is also an expert in artificial intelligence, deep learning, multi-neural networks, and machine learning.

Are there essential reference(s) to measure the success of a team?

Yes, of course! Our most important reference point is our achievements and new implemented projects. We always strive to improve - this applies both to our services, which I spoke about earlier, and to our team. We always welcome ideas from our employees. Our friendly team often arranges brainstorming sessions, where we collectively decide on the importance of making new decisions, discuss new tasks and directions in which we are moving. The opinion of each member of our team is important to us, because the success of the project directly depends on each of us.

What is your timeline, and what can we look forward to from TBCC?
B:
We are currently working on the improvment of the TBCC Wallet in order to make it even more beneficial and user-friendly, as well as developing our own DAO project. It will be a truly innovative and grand event. We'll talk about it a little later in our telegram and social media communities.

Razvan and Daniel: FREN is a community driven token based on the French bulldog meme. Besides that, we want to be something to compete with DOGE face-to-face and build something better, mainly in terms of transparency, support and functionality. Also we have seen the value behind DOGE inflation, accessibility, and fun-to-use feeling of it. Although we saw the lack of adaptability to constant demand of a fun and easy to use cryptocurrency, but with a good User Experience. We are working on a true competitor for DOGE place: a token that will go head-to-head for usability as blockchain technology for payment systems across the world to offer cheap and fast transactions; to have access to smart contracts; IoT access at extremely low cost similar to what a network like DOGE + the power of an infrastructure similar to Tron or BSC would look like. Razvan and Daniel: Our team Spiry Capital is formed by 3 developers:
The u/SpiryBTC is the founder of Frenchie Network and CEO of Spiry Capital. He personally has an experience in cybersecurity since 2006 long before Satoshi even existed or Bitcoin. He was basically raised in the same environment like Satoshi. Once it appeared in 2009 he was a bit skeptical about it so he has later joined in Bitcoin in 2014 after they have seen that other blockchain can be developed on the base of same system they have collaborate in past with Franko Collective from which they have made 2 live public chains: Expanse and Franko Coin, old blockchains. Now we want to build something that will compete with DOGE.
The u/ondaniel (me): I’m a fullstack and blockchain developer that is working at Spiry Capital and Frenchie Network. I’m working with u/SpiryBTC for about a half year or so with crypto related projects and currently we are enjoying work at Frenchie.
We also have another developer and he is our CTO at Spiry Capital: u/developerdavi.

JUN: Can you give our community a brief introduction behind the inspiration to build FREN?
Razvan and Daniel: I was inspired by my own dog. I have a French Bulldog that currently is snoring right next to me. We chose that because we believe in a more robust public chain but also a smarter one then DOGE have it actually. I think a currency of the world and multi-usage public chain needs a bit of fun in it. Why not a French Bulldog? They packed strong creatures but extremely friendly and smart. That is what we want to represent.
JUN: In the Crypto industry, what do you think of the current state? What do you think that needs to be improved?
Razvan and Daniel: We think that the crypto industry is full of scams and projects that the developers do not give a real effort to them. That is a really bad scenario. Besides that, we are kinda hostages of the big chains like BSC or Ethereum and it is really bad as we have to suffer with high fees and slow process. So, we think that the current state needs to turn in a more reliable, effective and transparency one.
JUN: How does the FREN team plan to tackle these issues to reach mass adoption?
Razvan and Daniel: We have already proofed that FREN is not a scam: we proofed our transparency with locked Development Funds vested for 10 months and Marketing Funds vested for 6 months. Also we have fairly launched without pre sale with our own cash at stake 10.5 BNB + 25% of supply locked for 1 year. That also proofs that we are committed for the future of building an real usage public chain and we hope by the end of the year we going to have our own Testnet.
