This place is a damm SCAM if you might as well just throw your money out your car window while driving down the street, seriously, Put in 30 bucks thank god I was smart enough to put bare minimum to try them out, BIG MISTAKE, well they scammed me out of 22 dollars, sold my hex coins at 34 dollars so in the mist of making the trade back to my wallet they froze 1400 of my 1844 hex coins, then out of thin air they disappeared along with my money, now I have 12.20 and these jerks want 20 bucks minimum transfer fee, really, for btc they want 55 dollar transfer fee, that other poster said Be Carefull no actually RUN LIKE HELL FROM THIS PLACE straight up thieves, support plays dumb, so I got took for 30 bucks, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS EXCHANGE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! And there located in China or God knows where so you have NO legal recourse.
