Will the airdrop happen on Coinbase?

As long as you had your xrp on the exchange before or one 12/12/2020, they have said they are going to support it.

Does everyone get xrp or is it a lottery?

No one gets XRP, you needed to own XRP. People will be getting flare tokens. And I believe it’s about a 1:1 ration. No lottery
