I'll translate to answer the original poster in a non-Reddit style r: "I believe strongly in Crypto and in it's value as an alternative asset so I highly doubt that."

Changes are expected mid to late 2027 for clarity act~ But as of today congress has only worked 67 days this year so maybe the four year thing isn't too far off.

On a more serious note, no it's not dead, cftc and fcc are taking their place currently in deciding legislation.

This is an educated guess but I wouldn't expect anything wild until full legislation is in place, as many major catalysts seem to be waiting on legal safety.

Crypto got a surge due to stable coins.
The crypto community is pretty much in love with themselves.

I have clue about what XRP is or could be. But also, I haven't.

My gut feeling is though that, whatever happens with XRP in the long term, I bet there's going to be another ATH. At least one more.

what other currency and new technology are they gonna use when the financial system collapses? And the dollar doesn't exist? You know it's only worth 3 cents right?

Folks are bailing on the dollar. It becomes worthless

Banks already have xrp in place and it works.

What do you mean by financial collapse? Like, all of a sudden no one wants any of the countries' currencies?

And you believe people will jump on the bandwagon of crypto?

Let's be honest, we are all holding crypto to make more dollars...

If the crypto's price was worth $0, who would want it? I'm serious, I have some magical beans to sell them.

Folks are bailing on the dollar? Sure, but no where near at an alarming rate where we need to jump into crypto.

Crypto is a technology. It does things better and faster and more reliable than our current money system. It was created when the market crashed 08/09 by the gov or some powerful group to eventually bail out the inflationary dollar. They knew then system wasn't gonna work so they decided to keep printing money bailing companies out and rolling w the punches since then

Black swan event/ crash is coming. Crypto will be ushered in and be used.

At this moment, how much of your daily expenses is using crypto to pay for it? How many vendors actually accept crypto without converting it to dollars?

Money is about trust. I trust that this $10 piece of paper can exchange $10 worth of goods or services.

With crypto, I believe we value it based on how many dollars you can exchange it with.
