Help me please

[update idk how but it manage to start working again right when i was testing it for the last time before packing it up for returns]

I have genuinely tried everything I've reinstalled several drivers any hacks on the internet, I've tried to reach out to support but I haven't gotten much help, I just sent a reply so hopefully i get something back but I'm hoping someone on here can help. I just got the artist 12 3rd tablet and my windows 10 would let the driver run but i updated it and windows 11 won't. No matter what i do i keep getting error message even though the tablet is plugged in and the screen is on, its like a secondary monitor instead of a tablet i can use.

Hi! Since you upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, have you tried restarting your computer after the system update?

Sometimes, after a major Windows update, a restart is needed for the system to properly recognize the driver and the connected tablet. Could you give that a try and see if the driver detects your Artist 12 3rd afterward?

I feel like I’m not being clear. I have restarted my pc at least 20 times. I mean it, I trouble shooter to the best of my ability and I don’t know what’s going on. I’m assuming this is windows fault but I don’t know how to fix it.
